At its 2011 AGM, the Rationalist Society of Australia became an incorporated association under the Associations Incorporation Act of Victoria.  A new Investment Committee was created to oversee the management of assets 'inherited' from the Rationalist Association of Australia Ltd (RAA).

On the recommendation of the Investment Committee, the RSA Committee has agreed that the objective of investing the RSA funds kasyno is to generate enough income to fund the annual operating requirements of RSA Inc, while maintaining a low to moderate level of risk.

The aim is to protect and grow the capital base of the funds.
