Dear RSA Member,
The date for this year's AGM has been set for Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Graduate House, 220 Leicester Street, Carlton.
Full details of the AGM are attached. All AGM documentation, including the invitation, is available to members through the website rationalist.com.au governance tab, under the heading "Annual General Meetings". Additionally, anyone interested in attending the AGM, or who wishes to read the documentation and perhaps nominate a proxy, is encouraged to contact the RSA secretary at secretary@rationalist.com to arrange hard copies to be sent to you.
Please note, if you wish to add items to the agenda or nominate for a position on the committee, applications need to be received by Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Therefore, if you wish to receive a hard copy of the AGM documentation, please get in touch as soon as possible.
